8-10am • Tantra Vinyasa practice
10am • Brunch & noble silence
11am-2pm • Asana Lab & teaching methodology
2-3pm • Break/snack
3–6pm • Afternoon Practice/Philosophy
6-7pm • Dinner & satsang

Meet Your Teachers
Lead teacher, Nancy Goodfellow has nearly 30 years of Yoga studies, practices and experience. With dedication and commitment she has been teaching and sharing with passion and purpose for 25 years, as well as dozens of retreats & Teacher Trainings around the world. She is the founder of House of Shakti Yoga Embodiment School in Costa Rica.

A Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your space (once accepted into program)

½ Tuition Investment must be paid within 30 days of acceptance. (Unless special payment arrangements were made)

Full tuition must be paid by February 15, 2025.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit of $500 is non-refundable once accepted. But may be used for future trainings or retreats.

75% of the remaining amount will be refunded up until 30 days before the course starts. No refunds given under any circumstances after the commencement of the course.
